Privacy
This page describes how HextraCore handles the information you share through the Contact form — the only place on this site that collects personal information.
What we collect
When you submit the Contact form, we collect the information you provide in it: your name, email address, company or organization, a description of your project or problem, and, if you choose to select one, the type of service you’re interested in.
This site does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts. Cloudflare, which serves the site, processes ordinary request metadata as part of delivering any web page — that telemetry is not something HextraCore configures, views, or uses for tracking.
Why we collect it
We use what you share only to understand and respond to your inquiry. We don’t use it for marketing, add you to a mailing list, or share it with anyone beyond what’s needed to deliver and reply to your message.
How an inquiry is processed
The Contact form is handled by a bounded, independently deployable
Cloudflare Worker — separate from the rest of the site —
dedicated to this one endpoint. When you submit the form, that
Worker validates the fields you entered, checks a Cloudflare
Turnstile challenge to help confirm you’re not a bot, and
applies Cloudflare’s Workers Rate Limiting to reduce abuse. If
the submission passes those checks, the Worker sends it as an email
to HextraCore’s inbox through Resend, a transactional email
service, from a HextraCore-controlled sending address on
forms.hextracore.com.
HextraCore does not operate a database or any other persistent store of Contact submissions. The Worker itself keeps nothing after it finishes handling your request, aside from the short-lived counters Cloudflare’s Rate Limiting maintains automatically to curb abuse.
Who processes it
-
Cloudflare
Cloudflare serves this site and runs the Contact Worker, and provides the Turnstile bot-verification check and Workers Rate Limiting used on the Contact endpoint. As part of that, Cloudflare processes request and anti-abuse metadata — such as the IP address a submission comes from, used transiently for rate limiting and bot verification — under its own platform practices.
-
Resend
Resend is the transactional email service that delivers your inquiry to HextraCore’s inbox. Resend stores and processes the message content and related delivery and log data according to its own service and retention policies — it is a data processor for that message, not a pass-through connection HextraCore fully controls end to end.
Where it’s stored
HextraCore keeps no application database of Contact submissions. Once an inquiry is delivered, it exists in two places outside our own application: HextraCore’s destination inbox, retained according to normal mailbox practice, and Resend’s own records, retained according to Resend’s service and retention policies. Neither is governed by a retention period HextraCore itself sets.
No sale or marketing use
We don’t sell what you submit, use it for marketing, or add you to any mailing list. The Contact form has no newsletter opt-in, and nothing you submit is connected to a CRM or marketing tool.
